Workshops
Hands-on herbal learning, rooted in community
Whether you’re completely new to herbs or deepening a lifelong practice, these sessions are open to everyone. No experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to get your hands a little earthy.
My workshops are a space to slow down, connect with plants, and leave with real skills you can use at home. Sessions are small, friendly, and always hands-on; from identifying herbs in a community garden to making your own balms, teas, and herbal remedies. Everyone is welcome, and community access is something I care deeply about keeping free or affordable.
